 The "a" field in summary documents currently contains an "Array of IPv4 or
 IPv6 addresses where the relay accepts onion-routing connections." It does
 not contain addresses that the relay uses to exit to the Internet. Should
 exit addresses be included if they differ from onion-routing addresses?
 This affects both the search functionality in the servlet (which is based
 on the summary document) as well as clients using the summary document to
 run their own search.

 (This was issue 13 in my GitHub repository.)
