 For some reason, NoScript's click-to-play placeholders can't be clicked
 through for html5 video on youtube, unless you disable them for all
 content types.

 I've contacted Giorgio about this. I still need to get him a NoScript
 config that causes the issue in a vanilla Firefox though.
