 There's a few XXX's in the design doc I should clean up.

 Additionally, we need to describe our resolution defenses, provide an
 entropy count estimate for fingerprinting defenses, and document the
 environment variables and settings used to provide a non-grey "New
 Identity" button.

 There may also be some development changes we'll want to roll up into this
 update, too.
