Yeah, but those differences are included in 14 different tarballs. To deal
with this, we could bundle it with just one tarball and the 14 different
language addons, and then after setting up someone's ~/.torbrowser/ folder
copy in the correct language addon. But it definitely adds complication.

My solution 2 above
(https://github.com/micahflee/torbrowser/tree/solution2) doesn't require
any dotfiles that it doesn't create on it's own. If you don't have a
~/.torbrowser, it creates it for you and then copies the TBB Data folder
into it and slightly modifies it.
But the code duplication is a problem, since TBB obviously shares code
with iceweasel.
