Update as of Feb 17, 2013:
1. I tested this on TBB Alpha F17 and the problem doesn't exist there. I
am able to scroll using arrow keys and NoScript doesn't indicate a blocked
"java-vm" object.
2. On TBB Stable, I looked at the error console and this is what it shows:
Error: uncaught exception: Error: Permission denied for
<https://twitter.com> to get property Proxy.InstallTrigger
Error: wouldMatch is not defined
Source File: chrome://https-everywhere/content/code/HTTPSRules.js
Line: 659
I guess when F17 becomes stable this problem goes away. I will keep it
open until then, though, just so that you can see the messages in the
error console if you find it interesting.
