 In TBB gnu-linux-x86_64-2.3.25-4-dev-en-US, the Torbutton icon flashes a
 black and yellow exclamation point. A right click on the button reveals
 Download Tor Browser Bundle Update highlighted in bold.  All the other
 entries are bold.  I am running the latest TBB according to the download
 page and the "About Tor Browser" update check.  The check.torproject.org
 returns the same message, needing update as TorButton.
