Comment:

 This feature was present for a while in the Tor Network Settings setup
 wizard after we removed Vidalia, but it was removed in order to simplify
 the user interface.  Please see ticket:11405#comment:7 for our rationale.

 Are you experiencing a problem where Tor Browser fails to connect?
