 Once we have a clear idea of the benefits with running ooniprobe (see:
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/14760) we should figure
 out if there are ways to not collector or collect differently some pieces
 of information with ooniprobe while still maintaining the benefits for the
 operator of a probe.

 Perhaps this could be done also on a country by country basis.
