Comment:

 Trac isn't really an appropriate place for user support, but on the off
 chance that this is a bug, solving this needs obfsproxy logs at a minimum.

 `ServerTransportPlugin obfs3,scramblesuit exec /usr/local/bin/obfsproxy
 --log-file /tmp/obfsproxy.log manged` enables basic logging.

 `ServerTransportPlugin obfs3,scramblesuit exec /usr/local/bin/obfsproxy
 --log-file /tmp/obfsproxy.log --log-min-severity=debug manged` will enable
 debug level logging (but note that it can log potentially sensitive
 information, so you would need to sanitize the output).

 As a side note, you don't need to specify `PublishServerDescriptor`, since
 tor will do the right thing automatically.
