Comment:

 The latest changes are in my `fix/9380-stem_r10`
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/isis/bridgedb.git/log/?h=fix/9380-stem_r10
 branch], with 100% unittest coverage for all included changes. (Overall,
 BridgeDB's test coverage is now up to nearly 80%!) Please review!
