 I have windows ultimate 7 sp-1 tor has worked fine for months. Today it
 would not start and I have the Couldn't Load XPCOM error. I reverted back
 to 6.0.8, but still have the error. I am running AVG Fee edition and no
 other anti virus or spyware software.
 I recently set up a laptop with the exact same operating system and tor
 browser and it runs fine. Is there a particular file missing with this
 error? Oh yes I also installed the latest version of firefox and it runs
 fine.
