 Good question. I think the answer is no -- I want to put corporate
 founding, financial, and governance documents into
 https://www.torproject.org/about/findoc/ at least until that plan becomes
 too unwieldy.

 Whereas I want to use this new repository for policy documents that aren't
 that -- travel policies, etc etc.
