 If your running macOS then this may be #21074, entering the following
 command in terminal should fix the issue.
 {{{sudo launchctl limit maxfiles 10000 10000}}}

 The underlining bug has been fixed in the latest commit in the source
 code, the bug fix should included in the next build of 0.3.2.x . "The fix
 could be back ported to older versions."

 Minor bugfixes: Don't exit the Tor process if setrlimit() fails to change
 the filelimit (which can happen sometimes on some versions of OSX). Fixes
