 Ok, my tor relay, now that it's not under valgrind, has been slowly
 growing.

 It could be actual leaks that only happen when the relay is fast enough to
 do something. It could be memory fragmentation. Or it could be that we're
 simply keeping a whole lot of extra stuff in memory.
