 Quick question: Is the usage of *.appspot.com and google as a front
 *intentional* so that users residing inside China
 ([https://groups.google.com/d/topic/google-appengine/yDoxbSjrjqc who have
 these domains blocked]) won't benefit from this feature since it will just
 make it easier for them to censor all obfs4 bridges?
