 The current website includes the file `RecommendedTBBVersions` which is
 used by torbutton to check if the browser is up-to-date:
 https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/RecommendedTBBVersions

 We should add this file to the new website, so that the same URL continues
 working.
