Comment:

 Setting Trac component (someone please reset it if it is incorrect).

 I don't understand the comment "We are pretty sure this problem is on the
 side of the TOR browser" since this sounds to me like a tor server-side
 issue. It is also unclear if this is a bug report or a support request.
