Comment:

 It is very unlikely that Tor exit nodes are censoring
 `english.aljazeera.org`.  However, `english.aljazeera.org` may be blocking
 connections from Tor exit nodes.  If so, there is nothing we can do to
 help you; please ask the operators of `aljazeera.org` to unblock access
 from Tor.
