 Unfortunately, the recent fix[0] for password authentication reduces the
 three authentication tests to three copies of the same test.  This
 patch[1] restores the three different tests with optional password use.

 RUN_COOKIE and RUN_SCOOKIE targets are still broken.  I think the way to
 fix this is to use different call semantics based on the test target.
 I'll look into that.
