 Hi Karsten. While looking over stem's code I just realized that the @type
 annotation for "network-status-microdesc-consensus-3" isn't on...

 This comes from one of Ravi's commits...

 ... so I'm not positive where it came from, but should that @type
 annotation be on the page?
