 Downloaded TBB v.2.3.25-2 ran it .
 Start TorBrowser and got error: file Wingwm10.dll (vidalia.exe)is missing.
 Reran the exe file. File was present then.
 Start TorBrowser and got error: Error 0xc0000906 (vidalia.exe). Tried re-
 installing several times but can't get it to work.
 Help?
