 Step 1 is to get tarball and we set it up.
 Step 2 is to update our DNS
 Step 3 is to update mail forwarding
 Step 4 is to point registrar at our DNS servers
 Step 5 is to update dns to point at our web mirrors and confirm it all
 works.
 Step 6. There is no step 6.
