Comment:

 Reproduced on a standard Ubuntu 12.04 LTS install. Tried tor-browser-gnu-
 linux-i686-2.3.25-1-dev-en-US and tor-browser-gnu-linux-i686-2.3.25-2-dev-
 en-US , problem exists in both. Error text is the same.

 Package libgtk2.0-0 *is* installed.

 Logged in as Guest - unable to test with standard user. TBB should operate
 fine as a Guest, by design, no?

 This is likely affecting many users.
