 Google offers with [https://www.google.com/ig iGoogle] an individualized
 page. If I type `google.com/ig` with a standard HTTPS Everywhere (latest
 experimental version), I'd expect to land at https://â;. However it is not
 redirected.

 To make matters worse, if I have currently opened https://www.google.com
 or https://encrypted.google.com, navigate to the address and add `/ig`,
 the request is redirect to the HTTP page.

 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Use FF with the latest EFF-HTTPS-EW
 2. Go to http://www.google.com/ig
