Comment(by mr-4):
Hm, didn't know of this feature, but it is clearly documented so I should
have been paying more attention.
One potential problem I could foresee with this feature is if more than
one "defaults" file is needed. With IncludeFile (if implemented) I could
use it as many times as I want/need (and include more than one file, if
needed), while there could only be one "defaults" file specified.
Having IncludeFile may also prove useful if I auto-generate one file
(which is generated on occasion from a script for example) and that file
contains one subset of options (say it auto-generates my ExcludeNodes for
example), and I then use another file (like "defaults"), which loads my
"common" options, using torrc itself for options which are unique to the
tor instance I am going to run.
In other words, having IncludeFile gives me more leeway as I can
use/recycle it more than once for a particular tor instance, while with
having "defaults" I could only use it once.
