 Today is onion-router.net's last day at NRL.
 Step 1 is done.
 Please let me know when Step 2 is done.
 Don't think Step 3 is needed for this but feel free to discuss.
 I will do Step 4 as soon as I hear Step 2 is done and
 any needed clarification of Step 3.
