We fixed the links to the bundles in
https://www.torproject.org/projects/obfsproxy.html.en .
Also, can you try something for me, so that we can figure out whether the
problem is on the bundle or whether your ISP is blocking your connections
to Tor bridges? Can you open a direct connection to an obfsbridge that was
included in the bundle (for example `83.212.101.2:42782`) and see if you
get back a blob of data? The received data should look a bit like
attachment:obfsbridge_conn_debug.jpg .
If you don't know how to do a direct connection using telnet or ncat in OS
X, try opening a terminal, and writing "nc 83.212.101.2 42782" in it. You
should get back a blob of data similar to the attached screenshot. If you
get a connection error, then your ISP might actually be blocking those
hardcoded obfsbridges.
