 I also see this error (file is partially displayed, not always cut off at
 the same place) with http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/7.3.0/amd64/iso-
 cd/SHA512SUMS. I checked after someone mentioned it on IRC.

 Something potentially interesting I noticed: If you hard-refresh with
 ctrl-shift-R, you get a `200 OK` response with `Content-Length: 12766`.
 The browser seems to somehow know that it doesn't have the complete file,
 though, because if you then do a soft-refresh with ctrl-R, its request
 contains `Range: bytes=3723-` (with 3723 being a representative value),
 and the response is `206 Partial Content` with `Content-Length: 9043`.
 However, the display doesn't change after the 206 response.

 You can see the requests and responses using the WWW console (ctrl-
 shift-K); then click on a line to get a popup with the request and
 response headers.
