 Re dumping of Vidalia: Though perhaps it wouldn't help most bridge
 operators running windows, those of us who are automating the monitoring
 of our bridges could use command-line switches for bandwidth usage and the
 log. A partial replacement for the Map is port monitoring, which, if I'm
 not mistaken, at least gives the connection of the bridge to guard relays.
