Comment:

 In many cases, tor is probably exiting before Tor Launcher can open a
 control connection to it, which means that there won't be any log messages
 to copy to the clipboard.  To address that problem we will need to fix
 #10059.  But offering a copy-to-clipboard option if log messages are
 available is a good idea.
