 The about box issue is at least tracked in #5194. The crash reporter is
 disabled at compile time, the health report is disabled. And help pages
 redirecting to Mozilla are bugs as well, yes. Not sure what remains from
 your original list. Generally, if we want that users are using the
 TorBrowser as their only browser I am quite reluctant to removing features
 (like the DevTools and the Debugger) as long as they don't interfere with
 the TorBrowser design document. The big risk is that users are beginning
 to use separate browsers and shoot themselves into the foot.
