 The metrics server is no longer processing them, and they are also no
 longer being rsynced to the metrics server, so BridgeDB should stop
 wasting its energy to create them. There is a crontab entry somewhere,
 which, I believe, sends a SIGUSR1 signal to the BridgeDB process; this
 crontab entry should be removed, and the new crontab re-uploaded to the
 bridgedb-admin.git repo.
