Comment:

 I am not an attorney, but wouldn't you need to remove the offending image
 files from TBB (Tor Launcher) anyway?  If so, then the build time option
 that we already implemented for #12451 is sufficient.

 Also, it is not clear to me that you are required to or even if you should
 remove the Tor logo from TBB if you are redistributing it without
 modification.  But, as I said, I cannot provide legal advice.
