 Ok,

 we build 32 and 64 bit tors on linux using mingw now [1].  We run the test
 suites both with wine [2] and natively [3].  The test suites are currently
 failing.

 Currently we only build master.  Should we add jobs for 0.2.5.x?

 Should we add any configure [4] options?
