 In the "Tor Browser Downloads / Stable Tor Browser" section of the page at
 URL https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en#downloads, the
 word "modified" in the phrase "Also, note that the Firefox ESR in our
 bundles is modified from the default Firefox ESR" is linked to
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/torbrowser.git/tree/HEAD:/build-
 scripts/config/ that seems to be a blank page.

 I think it maybe needs to point to https://gitweb.torproject.org/tor-
 browser.git/tree/?h=tor-browser-31.3.0esr-4.0-1 or something like this.
