 In the "More information / What is in the Tor Browser?" section of the
 page at URL âhttps://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en, there
 is a link to "ChangeLog for the 3.6 branch" ->
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/builders/tor-browser-
 bundle.git/blob/refs/heads/maint-3.6:/Bundle-Data/Docs/ChangeLog.txt.

 Quite apart from the fact that the above-mentioned link does not cointain
 useful information, we are at 4.0.x now, so we need to link the "ChangeLog
 for the 4.0 branch" at https://gitweb.torproject.org/builders/tor-browser-
 bundle.git/tree/Bundle-Data/Docs/ChangeLog.txt?h=maint-4.0 or
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/builders/tor-browser-bundle.git/plain
 /Bundle-Data/Docs/ChangeLog.txt?h=maint-4.0
