 Seems like user hits reproducible bug. It's chance to help them and to fix
 probably one of main reason it happens for windows.
 (Tor launcher successfully opens control connection, takes ownership and
 then closing this connection for some reason. Tor exits, Firefox warns.
 Seems so.)
