 Hello,

 the guardfraction script (#9321/#13125) should have its own git repo. I'm
 currently hosting it in https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/asn/hax.git ,
 but now that dirauth operators should start running it it's better if it
 was in a more official repository.

 Can I have a `guardfraction.git` repository, with description "Home of the
 guardfraction dirauth script" and write access to me, please?
