Comment:

 Agreed, except that renaming options is not so cool.  I don't like to
 break things that worked before: it makes more trouble than it solves.

 The actual warning is:
 {{{
 Jan 22 10:04:54.750 [warn] abcdefghijklmnop.onion is a hidden service;
 those don't have IP addresses. To connect to a hidden service, you need to
 send the hostname to Tor; we suggest an application that uses SOCKS 4a.
 }}}

 I'd suggest that instead, it should recommend the use of
 AutomapHostsOnResolve and/or SOCKS5.

 Anybody got time to do a patch for this one?
