 Starting with Firefox 35.0, not all my tabs are loaded at startup.  I have
 two tabs - a home tab (news.google.com) and a pinned tab
 (mail.google.com).  When I start FF 35.0, one or both tabs will not be
 automatically loaded/populated (the tabs are there, the content is empty).
 If I disable HTTPS Everywhere, the problem goes away.  I never had this
 problem with FF 34.0 or earlier.
