 In older packages (pre-4.0?), Vidalia supported configuring for specific
 outbound ports, having in mind transparent proxies that allow outbound
 connections only on those specific ports (usually 80 and 443). The new
 packages don't support this scheme.

 Please add support for such transparent proxies.
