Comment (by arma):

 bad-relays actually used to be listed on the contact page.

 And it resulted in a shocking number of naive users trying to use it for
 tech support.

 So we removed it.

 The real answer is to provide good tech support to millions of naive
 users.

 In the mean time, hiding from the users is a not-terrible distant second
 place option.
