 Here's a graph showing how the graphs of meek users and US users begins to
 diverge after the merging of this patch.

 The vertical lines are:
   * 2015-12-14: ticket merged into meek-azure
   * 2015-12-20: ticket merged into meek-google and meek-amazon.
