Comment:

 Description is correct, summary is incorrect -> changed.
 You have been logged on after the first correct recaptcha was entered. But
 the page with a new recaptcha appears again (see "logged in as" on top of
 it to make sure that logon completed). JS on.
 The bug is on the site (most likely) or CloudFlare, or Tor Browser (not
 likely) - so, is adding this ticket to Tor Browser correct?
