 I briefly tried listing the ciphers advertised with
 https://github.com/jvehent/cipherscan
 but irc.oftc.net was not cooperating.

 The most interesting result I got was,
 v2-big-TLSv1.2 no fallback req, connected: TLSv1.2 AES256-GCM-SHA384

 And `nmap -Pn --script ssl-enum-ciphers -p 6697 irc.oftc.net` didn't help
 either.
