 The old sources .jar file contained paths like
 `org/torproject/descriptor/BandwidthHistory.java`, whereas the new file
 contains that file in
 `main/java/org/torproject/descriptor/BandwidthHistory.java`.  The new file
 also contains other sources and resources that the old file did not
 contain.  I'm not using sources .jar files anywhere, but I could imagine
 that some tools depend on the old directory structure, so it might be good
 to keep it.  But I don't know for sure.
