 I was able to reproduce this problem on a macOS 10.12.2 system. It does
 not happen in Tor Browser 6.0.8 and as you said it only happens when the
 window is in OSX's full screen mode. I expect most people do not use that
 mode with Tor Browser, but I do not really know.
