Comment:

 If the time comes that we have the resources for a project of this scale,
 then that would also be a good time to discuss what technologies would be
 useful. Closing this ticket, not because I think Atlas currently has the
 perfect set of technologies in play, but because I think this is not
 immediately required and perhaps too specific a ticket to keep hanging
 around.
