 I only added two lines to my /etc/tor/torrc file:

 HTTPSProxy host:port
 HTTPSProxyAuthenticator user:pass

 and indeed they are exactly the same in ~/.tor-browser-
 en/INSTALL/Browser/TorBrowser/Data/Tor/torrc
 the one used by Tor Browser
