 HardenedBSD defaults the net.inet.ip.random_id sysctl node to 1. The
 instructions for setting it under HardenedBSD can be removed (or clarified
 that it's already set).

 Would it be of use to note the special hardening HardenedBSD has done for
 the Tor port?

 On HardenedBSD 11-STABLE/amd64, tor (and tor-devel) is compiled with
 SafeStack. On HardenedBSD 12-CURRENT/amd64, tor (and tor-devel) is
 compiled with SafeStack and CFI with the cfi-icall scheme disabled.
